(munchi my dogs background not mine!
on september ever since we moved in to our new house in yishun my mum always hear constant barking and rattling of cages in our neighbours room along the corridor we knew there was a dog chained but was unable to do anything munchi was locked up in a small cage and was hardly given any food or water when the owners went out to malaysia and he was kept there for at least 3 or 2 days b4 he was given food or water(animal abuse)when we finnaly confronted the owner we asked her whther we could have it and she allowed us munchi is now very healthy and happy
