6th Dec 2007 17:31 Did you know that global warming is one of the biggest challenges facing us today? Actually, this is true even though most people don???t know that it is. Questions have been asked such as how is global warming affecting us or are sea levels rising? Answers to these are quite simple.
Too much energy is being released by the blistering sun. Many other events are occurring which all set forth to the world???s nightmare. Large amounts of energy have been given out ever since the Industrial Revolution, which was back in the 18th century. Volcanic eruptions are not helping the fact that global warming is at the plate, because enormous amounts of heat are released along with much carbon dioxide. Most people should be informed about what is really happening out of your front door.
Earth today yet in the future is definitely changing because of global warming. Polar bears habitats are being destroyed by the melting icebergs and glaciers, not to mention their homes are melting. These poor creatures are becoming endangered because we aren???t making a difference. Winters are becoming cut short, which disappoints the snow lovers throughout Earth. Surprisingly, the temperatures have been rising 1.4-5.8 degrees Celsius from 1990 and will continue to rise until 2100, maybe longer.
