who knows the quickest way to earn mp, because I'm trying to get a fire gem and any other gem I need for gym training for DiceKing so I can have him as a thief (I wanted to try it out) Any Ideas ?

Try playing games and doing quests. I think the best idea is to explore the maps and check everything to see if you could get some prizes off it.
