1.) Living a life of extreme cuteness and flaunting it, a play on the word 'ballin.'
2.) When one loves to 'get dolled up.'
3.) The act of finding great enjoyment in playing dress-up and having fun with make-up, etc.

My mom, Emily, took great care to see that I was lovely and loved. She will always be my true mother, but SpringLilac promises to care for me and love me too and I believe her. She's much older than Emily so SpringLilac (Cygnet) will be my grandma.
